Susan Retired in 2015, after 32-years of full-time experience in operations, planning and logistics, which culminated in the last 15-years of her distinguished career as the triple-hatted Director of Transportation, Maintenance and Custodians of the Mojave Unified School District. Susan was responsible for hiring, directing, training and supervising over 135 daily employees, including drivers with routes of 48 school buses plus other types of vehicles in seven schools sites, plus over a dozen mechanics in their motor pool, and much more. For over two-decades, Susan was in charge of planning and executing annually 20 formal proms, graduations and other school events. Plus, Susan has single-handledly planned over a dozen "high-end elegant affairs." Born and reared in Southern California, Susan still enjoys the sun and most types of outdoor activities. When Susan is not working or enjoying time with five adult children, a large and growing number of grandchildren and Susan's husband (who manages four hardware stores and who is, like his dynamic go-getter wife, "a rolling stone"), Susan enjoys her longstanding hobby--that's now become her new third career interest--in Creative Floral Arranging. Indeed, Susan does know a lot about flowers and floral arranging, that is one of her specialities and one of the hallmarks of Susan's events. Leveraging her 30-plus-year successful career in operations, planning and logistics, Susan's greatest professional love and passion is making a bride’s special day perfect.
